Important: This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and Chiya Labs for the Suitch mobile application. Please read it carefully before using the app.

1. License Grant and Acceptance

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Chiya Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Suitch mobile application (“App”) on your iOS or Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial use. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept and agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. App Store Terms

Apple App Store: If you downloaded this App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Chiya Labs only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

Google Play Store: If you downloaded this App from Google Play, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Chiya Labs only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content.

3. Description of Service

Suitch is the pocket-sized magic trick that swaps your face into any video in seconds. Shoot or choose a clip, add a single photo of yourself (or a friend, a pet, even a cartoon) and watch the app map every smile, blink and head-turn so the new face moves just like the original. No editing timeline, no green screen, no tutorials—hit export and you’ve got a share-ready reel, story, ad or meme that looks like it took hours. Keep your creations private or post them straight to TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube Shorts.

4. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use Suitch, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age
Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Credit Packs

Starter

20 credits — $3.49

Small

60 credits — $8.99

Medium

120 credits — $17.99

Large

200 credits — $28.99

6. Payment and Billing

Credit packs are one-time purchases billed through App Store or Google Play
Credits do not expire once purchased
Refunds are subject to App Store and Google Play policies
Prices may change with 30 days notice
Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account

7. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
Transfer, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties
Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Suitch for:

Creating non-consensual deepfake content or impersonation of real individuals without their permission
Harassment, bullying, or harmful communication
Illegal activities or violating others’ rights
Spreading misinformation or deceptive content
Circumventing usage limits or security measures
Reverse engineering or unauthorized access attempts
Creating content that could be used for fraud, defamation, or identity theft

9. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Suitch and all related technology, algorithms, and content are owned by Chiya Labs. You retain ownership of content you upload. We process it in real-time for face-swapping and do not store any uploaded or generated media.

AI-Generated Content: Face-swapped videos generated by our AI are provided for your personal use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on others’ rights.

10. Third-Party Services and Apple Requirements

Apple Specific Terms: If you are using the App on an iOS device:

• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• In case of any third-party claim that the App infringes IP rights, Apple is not responsible
• Apple has no warranty obligations with respect to the App
• Apple is not responsible for maintenance and support services

11. Export Control and Compliance

You acknowledge that the App may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

12. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
We may modify features, pricing, or Terms with reasonable notice
Temporary service interruptions may occur for maintenance
We reserve the right to discontinue the service with 90 days notice

13. Disclaimers and Limitations

AI Limitations: Suitch’s AI face-swapping is automated and results may vary depending on input quality, lighting, and facial angles. Users are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use or share any generated content.

Apple Disclaimer: APPLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AGAINST THE LICENSOR. APPLE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES ATTRIBUTABLE TO ANY FAILURE TO CONFORM TO ANY WARRANTY.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHIYA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SUITCH. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

15. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms:

You may delete your account and stop using the App at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
Unused credits are non-refundable upon account termination
Certain provisions survive termination (privacy, intellectual property, etc.)

16. Governing Law and Disputes

This EULA is governed by applicable consumer protection laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law, or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

Apple Users: For iOS users, this EULA will be governed by the laws of the state where you reside. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
